several times my clothes have come back with wrinkles in my pants where I had been sitting all day. The shirts would come back with ring around the collar. The customer service is horrible too. The blond haired lady and the dark haired lady(both heavy set) are usually rude. I just kept going back because it is so close to my house but when I pulled my pants and shirt out to wear it looks as if they were never cleaned. That was the last straw. I wouldn't recommend.
