Costa Marble & Granite

I totally agree with the other 2 Negative reviews. Tom and staff are liars. I don't know how he is still in business. I strongly advise consumers to steer away from costa. I didn't get the granite that I selected. I wasn't called into the warehouse upon templating. They ran out of granite and I was left with a half ass granite job that looks like they ran out of granite. I was not notified of this horror show and didn't find out about it until I visited my new constructed home. This Quality and workmanship is poor and Visible to all that view my kitchen. It's months later and my cabinets are not 100 percent. Tom and his staff have dodged my text messages and phone calls. I couldn't help but laugh when I read the 5 star reviews. Seriously, are the comments written by relatives of costa?Shame on you Tom. Don't you realize consumers like myself will share our horror stories and educated consumers will weigh the negative reviews aposed to the positive reviews. Its unfortunate that I didn't have a choice nor did I hire you, I was a victim of the builder I hired to build my home. Even at that, I am the most important person in the building process that you need to satisfy. My opinion is even bigger and broader than the builder I hired. You failed me big time. Your lies will catch up to you as you can see the negative reviews out number the positive reviews. Keep in mind the truth always prevails.

Costa Granite and Marble designed and built us a beautiful custom kitchen island, installed crown molding throughout our home and installed wainscoting in our dining room. The workmanship was excellent and the price was very fair. We are heading into our second project with them this month with cabinets in our laundry room and wrapping our second island in the kitchen. Both my husband and I have and will continue to recommend them to all of our friends and family. Very pleased!!

We have had the worst experience dealing with Costa. It has been a nightmare with lies and little communication the last six months. Tom Costa, himself, is dishonest and a liar. Rather than taking legal action, my wife and I decide to warn others of their uncaring business tactics.

My wife & I had a fantastic experience working with costa marble & granite. The fabrication of the granite kitchen exceeded our expectations with the quality of their work, price & service.

Terrible, unresponsive company. Cut a piece without checking it out with me as to the color. Refused to respond when I asked for part of my deposit back (I over paid the deposit). Would not work with me.
