Tyndall Furniture is the only place I will buy my furniture. They have outstanding quality products and almost everything is customizable. Their customer service was fantastic and their delivery guys were timely, clean, polite, and respectful of my home. Overall - top quality experience working with this business. I highly recommend!!

So my husband was recently diagnosed with degenerative disk disease and he's only in his early 40's. It can be quite painful at times. His chiropractor recommended he try switching his mattress out (as we had a spring mattress which is not the best to have for those with back issues) to a Tyndallpedic mattress. We were told they were the best on the market. We thought we'd give it a shot and check it out. As soon as we walked into the Tyndall Furniture store I was impressed with the quality and selection of their furniture. As we walked our way to the back of the store to the mattress room, we discovered they had a huge selection to choose from. They have something for everyone from plush, to firm. It took us a while to narrow it down. We finally decided on the IFOAM 4 mattress. My husband and I LOVE it. We have gotten the best nights sleep since having it! I also love and highly recommend the split adjustment option. It has a remote control for elevating your head, etc which is great if you like to read or watch TV before bed. We ended up deciding to purchase a couch from them as well. We found a plush sectional with remote control reclining, lumbar support for the back and memory foam. It even has a separate reclining/tilting option for the head which is separate from the legs. This couch is by far the most comfortable we've ever bought. Love it!! I also love the lumbar support for my husband. It is generously plush and wide seating, extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend Tyndall Furniture for all your furniture and mattress needs. The customer service was great and you can't beat the quality and pricing of their products.

The store is beautiful and clean! The salespeople were very nice and patient! And the delivery guys were very polite and quickly loaded the bookshelf I purchased off the floor in to my vehicle. I will definitely buy from them again!

Tyndall went well beyond our greatest Expectations!!! We decided to remodel and add onto our house. Stopped by Tyndall first. They even helped us design our new room. Our Christmas was absolutely perfect with our new furniture! Tyndall has top quality with exceptional service!!

Best furniture buying experience, by far. I wish my sales person sold everything, that would make my life much easier! Will be back if I move again.

My husband and I purchased a queen size sofa bed and ottoman back in February 2013 from Dana at the Ft. Mill location. The sofa bed was delivered in late March as planned and everything was great. However, the throw pillows that came with the sofa are very firm, in fact so firm they aren’t comfortable and we can’t even use them. I took the 4 pillows to the store this week and asked if they could be “unstuffed” a little to make them more comfortable so that we can use and enjoy them. The salesmen that greeted me pulled my order, walked away and came back with the store manager, Jim.

Jim could not have been ruder to me. Said the pillows were stuffed with “high quality” Dacron (spelling?) and would soften up with use over time. Well they can’t be used because they are so over stuffed so how will they soften up over time? I asked him if he would like to take one and sit with it or lay down with it on a sofa and he said that wasn’t necessary and offered no other solution as far as what Tyndall furniture could do to help me. His “I don’t care attitude” rubbed me the wrong way.

Needless to say I will never do business with this company again. If working with me to solve a minor problem with 4 throw pillows is too much work for Tyndall Furniture then they obviously don’t need my future business.
