robert truly cares and knows more about rv's than you could ever imagine. if you want competence and honesty use robert . hes been doing rv work in charlotte since the 60,s ! they owned the only rv facility in town back then !
anything negative about him is just bs ... period! been using his services for over 5 years customer for life!

Tracy's is not a place I would recommend they don't seem to want work. I called and asked them to work on my RV and after a lot of um, ah, and other non committal words I got tired of trying to get an answer from them.

Steve, I would like the opportunity to respond.  I am a small business owner and I can assure you I appreciate all business that comes my way and I never take that for granted. The way I remember it and correct me if I am wrong is about 6months ago I received a call from a guy from a wrecker service trying to start your Motor Home because you had to move it out of this parking lot. He said that he just replaced your batteries and tried to start but there was no power. I asked him which batteries he replaced and explained you have two sets of batteries, coach batteries and engine batteries. From what he described he replaced the coach batteries only, not the engine battery. He said he couldn't find the engine battery. I told him to tell you that if you wanted me to go over there to give me a call. Then 7 to 10 days ago you called me and we discussed trying to get your coach started and about me talking to the wrecker guy 6months ago. I told you that I thought your engine battery was dead from being in storage for so long and I would bring over an engine battery and try to get started. I also explained that if there was something else wrong with the engine that we don't work on engines. You said that you were going to get the keys to me in a couple of days. So 7 to 10 days pass when you called me in a panic saying you have to move the Motor Home today. You wanted me to get it towed to our place to work on it and I said I thought it was just the engine battery and why don't we check that first. You then told me that you didn't have the keys, that the wrecker guy from 6 months ago had them and that you did not have his number or remember the name of the Wrecker service. I explained that we were going to be gone all day on service calls and I didn't want a wrecker to just drop it off if we weren't here. That's when you said I'm just trying to find someone that wants to work on it and hung up. You know Steve I was just going chalk it up as "you can't please everybody" but I knew you needed help so I called you back up and gave you a number to someone that works on Motor Home engines that might be able to help you. Steve, I am sorry that I could not drop my service calls I had planned for that day so I could help you out in a jam, but this is a problem that you have had for at least 6 months to solve. Also, to follow up I called the referral I gave you to see if they were able to help you out. They thanked me for the referral and said they towed it in and the problem was that you needed a new engine battery.  Robert Tracys RV
