Hello, Im the founder of Peace Of Mind Shooting & survival. At POMS we strive to offer the safest most informational training available. POMS is family owned and operated with the customer in mind. We do everything we can to make you training experience comfortable and relaxed. When your exercising your 2nd amendment right to bear arms we would like you feel as confident and safe as possible. Our goal is not only for you to receive your permit to carry a firearm, but to learn the correct way to handle the firearm, load the firearm, carry the firearm, present the firearm and safely store the firearm. We also explain when and where you can legally carry a firearm. Every customer will get hands on training of the firearm, we go over all the functions of the firearms (what makes them work!), Not only do we feel you should know the proper way to use a firearm, also the laws and responsibility's that go along with it. With everything going on in the world today, don't you want to keep yourself and family as safe as possible. Guns are not the answer to all problems but when confronted by a criminal who has a weapon and is threatening to do harm to you or your family, a well trained, armed citizen can at the very least even the odds and most likely save a life! We also conduct survival training and guided hiking tours thru the Ocala National Forest.
