Lauderdale Imports BMW

PLEASE....if you think about going to this dealership to do anything on your bmw DO NOT GO...i recently (1/15/2014)had a horrible exp with them...took my car in to get the brake pads replaced ...they were late 2 hours after that my "adviser" comes up to me and say sorry bud your car wont be done till prob tomorrow its already 5pm and they barely started your car i was there for 3 hours...then he goes like no worries im getting a chevy for your rental car really??? Gets better ,,,,they replace it after 2 days then i go pick up the car the car is acting very bad making all this forced brakes i called them they ask for another then they call me the problem was my transmission changed that As and car now is back with actiang worst then ever did im soooo funkin tired
