Patrick listened to our ideas for renovations on our kitchen and some unfinished projects (powder room and pocket door) . I have a lot of remodeling experience, and needed a contractor who would be transparent and receptive to my daily input and needs for changes during the process. In the past I would have done the renovation myself, but failing health has prohibited me from taking on any more projects and being able to complete them in the time frame needed. During the planning process he provided us with contacts and information resources to help us make decisions on different types of materials for flooring and cabinet manufactures/vendors. He was flexible throughout the entire process. We wanted to separate labor from materials costs to help us stay within budget. We had a specific time frame for the project that he met. He kept me informed and updated on a daily basis. He showed up every day he was scheduled to work. The finishes carpentry work, moldings ect, was top notch. The first kitchen was such a good experience, we had him remodel my father’s 32 year old master bath. This also was a complete remodel with new wallboard, a large marble shower, new plumbing fixtures, tile floor and new vanity. The project turned out amazing. Have him show you the pictures. My dad’s kitchen is14x27, with a greenhouse attached, and 46 ft. of cabinets. This space, also 32 yrs old needed a complete remodel. We installed a new tile floor, cabinets, custom breakfast bar, and appliances. He frequently offered suggestions on options where we could save money. He was honest, good to his word, on time, and flexible to our changing needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again or recommend him to family and friends.
