SUPER Unorganized & unproffesional!!!

Rented Linens from them for my daughter's Sweet 16, they showed up 1hr & 10min. late. Didn't call, didn't pk up the phone nothing. I had to ask my friends and family to help me set up since we were running behind because of them. They didn't show up for the pk up either. Asked to be partially refunded, & they wrote me a BAD check.,SMALL CLAIMS it is.

the tuxedos that we had rented for a quince were poorly made, dirty, and all the wrong sizes. they were also supposed to deliver tables, never showed so unprofessional and unreliable! never come here please! the store was also very cluttered and dirty that should have been our first warning. i would never recommend.

Be careful with these crooks. They cheated us out of a business transactions. They are currently facing multiple lawsuits. If they have wronged you and you want to take legal action, feel free to contact me.



P.S. They have moved location once again.

I went to this place and rented tuxedos , ordered some center pieces for my wedding and also re ten table cloths .I received everything that I oredered just how I wanted it . Yes I did have to wait a lil long and come back to get it right to pick up the tuxedos for my groomsmen but it was only because they were very busy fulfilling other customers orders . Patience is a virtue . I didn't mind waiting since the lady that helped me had good customer service and the prices are outstanding. Why pay and arm and a leg if you can save . I don't usually write reviews but I am happy with the service I received, just wanted to share.

This place is the worst my mom and I went to rent our tux there and the tux were riped and dirty so unproffesional the people that said got good service must be the lady commenting on her own website.. because so far what experienced was all bad

I had many issues with these people where to begin 1 they messed up a dress i took for them to alter for one of the quincenera damas she cut it too short 2nd she lost my fathers pants that she was suppose to alter like 3 months ago and barley returned them 3rd when we went on thursday for the tux we rented the tux did not fit the chambelanes i had to wait untill friday after noon to get them 4th i go on friday to pik up the tux and these people want to give me half of the vest tourquois and half of the vest baby blue because she didnt have ne more of what i ordered i was like hell no ... my party was saturday i was so worried .. then she finally got all my vest the same color i didnt get them until 10:40 pm on friday what time is this to be giving me the stuff come on 5th when my kids got there tux the white shirt where dirty they had food stains pens srains i had to wash them on my own because it was to late to go bak the party was already here.. 6th one of the kids shoes didnt have the tounge thing .. i couldnt go back i was so busy that saturday morning i just had to buy him shoes .. 7th when i took bak the tux to these people they didnt want to give me my deposit the guy still had the f...... calmness to tell me that he could give me my depoait 30 days later if he wanted to ... oh by the way im not even close to done but i am so mad and annoyed to write it all ... so its at ur risk if you people want to go to this please they are cheap but at the end ur going to be paying more trust me ..

My son was in a Quinceñera and we rented the suits there. The suit was too big, pants to long and of course had to wait till they fixed that. We took the suit home to find out that we had the wrong vests and ties then the girl had ordered. So had to get those again and when we go back to take everything, the mistake they did.... Was an issue at time of the return of the suit. they where holding us responsible for there mistake. VERY UNSATIFIED WITH SERVICE.
