Guillermo's Tune Up

took in my car for a tune up, bad experience. first off he did not put correct amount of oil quarts i had to go buy two to put in my self, i mean dont they check after doing a oil change if it is low or ok! well because of this my car could have gotten damaged and it is a bmw. never going there again. and he quoted me at a price, when he was done he calls me and says car is ready and it will be more for job. what if i did not have the extra money.

Have had my car and family and friends cars repaired for over 15 years, Family owned business with many years of experience, will continue to do business with for many years..
