Richard Griego of Federal Building Roofing returned all of my calls immediately, showed up for our appointment for the estimate and work date timely and did a very good job replacing the roof of my tack room. I called Federal Building & Roofing about a re-roofing proposal. I was broughr samples of the roofing and everything was explained in detal. The job was started on 12-8-10 and completed on 12-10-10. The installers were prompt, courteous, and informative. Left my resident clean when they finished.

I'm a single mother living in a 3500sq home in a nice area, so when men come to give me a quote, this is what they usually quote me on! I've been cheated twice, and it cost me a lot and was still left with the problem. This time I went online and got some good reviews on this company, called and Richard came out. It was raining at the time my roof started leaking so Richard went in the attic and temporally fixed the problem so the rain wouldn't come into my room, he also went on the roof to see where the leak was coming from. And took pic so i could see where the problem was, then said he would email them to me and then I could see if I was going to go with his company...Loved it he wasn't pushy at all, I also got a great vibe from him! As soon as I signed with him, he was ready to come out when ever I was ready. And even though he quoted for only 10 tiles after going all around my roof he found there were a lot more tiles to be replaced, so of course i thought I would be charged, but to my surprise, he told me he is charging only what he quoted, that it was only fair and he keeps his word! I would highly recommend my friends and family and anyone else who is looking for an HONEST COMPANY!

The Roof on my house was leaking from the strom . I received many estimates from different builders and roofing companies. I highly recommend Federal Building & Roofing to anyone who want a fast, efficient, honest, clean, quaility Roofing job. The job was outstanding. Richard was on site most of the time and showed that he cared about what I wanted. The main thing I liked about Richard was he that he gave me details about the company-license; BBB rating, and references, and the estimate was Fair, not the cheapest, but very reasonable; competitive...without any sale's pressure. He did what he said he would do in less time predicted. He also, referred me to another contractors, who did a wonderful job on installation.
