The UPS Store Folsom

I just took over this store in May 2013 and I own another UPS Store in Sac/Elk Grove since 2006. We pride ourselfs on outstanding customer service. Come by and give us a try, you won't be disappointed. Some of the services we offer are convenient and value-added business services. -- overnight shipping, printing, digital printing, mailboxes, packaging, copies, packing, shipping, notary public, moving boxes -- mailboxes, packaging, copies, shipping, printing, notary public, digital printing, moving boxes, packing, overnight shipping and Shredding.

They charged me for insurance and shipping, delivered the package with the contents broken. Refuded the shipping claim for insurance ( Over $500.00) and then stole 2 of the 5 items that I shipped. I sent out a package with 5 items weight 49 lbs and they broke the contents and reutrned 3 items weighing 33 pounds. They tried to trick me inot taking the package home without looking or weighing. I didn't fall for it. What a bunch of scumbags. I will trun it over to a lawyer. Someone has to stop these companies from ripping us off!!!!
