        Initial contact...

        Today was my initial contact with Mercy Occupational Medicine. I accompanied an employee for evaluation of an injury. The staff was very professional, friendly, courteous and helpful in expediting the care for the employee. Although they were busy, they took time to hear the facts regarding the injury, evaluated symptoms, assessed necessary first aid treatment and the employee was able to return to work.
