        Dominick's NY Pizza & Deli was opened in Folsom by Dominick Bellizzi in 2010. After the success of his Granite Bay Italian Market & Deli, Dominick wanted to recreate the pizza he grew up loving in New York. After operating for 6 years, Dominick wanted to pursue other interests so the restaurant was purchased by Ryan Gee, along with his wife & family. Ryan is a le Cordon Bleu accredited chef, who has spent the last 21 years pursuing his passion of great food. Locally sourced produce, scratch made pizza dough & focaccia, in house baked breads & high quality Boar's Head brand deli meats make wonderful pizzas & unforgettable hoagie sandwiches. Dominick's New York Pizza & Deli is a locally owned, family business that prides itself on its "old school" approach to pizza, the parmesan is grated in house as well as the mozzarella. Elayne, Ryan's wife is constantly putting our wonderful desserts, like banana muffins with ricotta frosting. Dominick's NY Pizza & Deli is a casual, family friendly restaurant whose main focus is great pizza & great sandwiches, there is a rotation of local craft beers as well a wine list featuring organic imported Italian wines as well as some very nice varietals from the Napa Valley. Here at Dominick's, we pride ourselves on providing what we feel to be the best pizza & sandwiches in this area, and hope to see you soon.
