I also purchased a groupon for this place like the previous review, and could not reach anybody despite leaving messages and trying to get through on their website. For somebody living paycheck to paycheck, this was a big deal to me not being able to use my groupon, which I purchased because I wouldn't have been able to afford it otherwise. I contacted groupon and they were able to refund me in groupon bucks thankfully. I would not use this place, obviously it has horrible customer service which reflects on their own work. They are scoundrals. I wouldn't give them any stars if this website would let me but I had to put at least one.

I purchased a Groupon ($40 coupon) from Applied Cleaning Technologies, good for carpet cleaning. When I tried to redeem the coupon, however, I was unsuccessful in reaching the merchant. I emailed the company twice, called multiple times (leaving two detailed messages with contact info), and completed the "contact us" form on the merchant's website...all to no avail. After a week of no response, I contacted Groupon who was successful in reaching the merchant. The owner told Groupon that the number I had provided in my attempts to contact him was disconnected or "unavailable". Not only is this false, but I had also supplied my email address (multiple times)...so there was no reason that the merchant should have had any problem in reaching me...he just chose not to try. Even after being contacted by Groupon, the merchant has yet to contact me (more than a week later). Fortunately, Groupon is refunding my original purchase and I will NEVER again try to do business with this company.
