        Amazing!

        We dropped in for dinner, with no reservations. We only had to wait about 10 minutes for a table, so we went to the Pub. It was very cozy and we enjoyed the Allentown Brewwerks beers that they had on draft.



        Dinner was beyond excellent, I had the heirloom tomato salad, the Glasbern Pork Chop and the Chocolate Cake with homemade peanut butter ice cream. My husband had the crabcake with the Asaian slaw, a steak and the creme brulee.



        We shared everything and couldn't decide who had the best dinner. We really like that the meat is grass fed, and that there are no hormones or antibiotics.



        The server was very good, not intrusive but always there when you needed him. Sally the manager came to our table and we enjoyed learning about the history of the inn, and the special events they are planning, we plan to come back soon for the Thursday night music events.



        After dinner we had wine on the back patio, we left completly relaxed and satisfied.



        We can't wait to go back again.

The original building now houses our beautiful restaurant and cozy pub where our chefs use their passion for farm to table cuisine to create a memorable menu, which is truly direct from the source. Savor contemporary American cuisine under the vaulted rafters of our one-of-a-kind dining room. The exposed original post and beam barn structure and rock wall create a lofty "country elegant" atmosphere for dinner. Many of the dishes feature pasture-raised meat from Glasbern farm. Our seasonal menus offer the freshest of local meats and produce, and our luscious desserts will tempt you to linger!
