        They sent an estimator who broke our glass oven door.It was an accident and he profusely apologized but they refuse to pay for the damages. It is $400 to replace the glass. They are not to be trusted.

        Overall

        These guys are the worst company out there. Their warranty doesn't cover half the work they have come to do and on top of that they can't fix an ac if their life depended on it. It has been almost two months of repeated visits where most of the time the guy that comes to fix my ac has messed it up more. They are about one more visit away from a lawsuit if this keeps up. DO NOT WASTE A DIME ON THESE FOOLISH IDIOTS.
