Allegiance Heating Air Conditioning and Refrigerat

Allegiance staff was nice enough to rescue me from a bad situation on a Saturday. Was told by another heating and air company that I needed a new air conditioner unit. I had a service contract with Crain and assumed I could trust them since I had used them in the past. They were always very expensive but they were prompt.

Allegiance technician Mike came for a second opinion and stated that the capacitor was wired incorrectly and unit was low on refrigerant and that's why the unit wouldn't cool. He wired it correctly and added some refrigerant and it's running fine after more than a week.

I appreciate professionalism and honesty. I don't like fraud, extortion or taking advantage of people in need. Thanks!
