Celebrity Car Wash

I took my 2018 RAM 1500 to get it washed. After they were done I noticed several scratches on my truck that were not there prior to the wash. Scratches were on the hood and down the driver's side. I pointed out the scratches to the employee and he claimed that they were there prior to the wash. I am very particular about my truck and I know its condition very well. I know those scratches were not on the truck before I took it to Celebrity. The employee said he could remove the scratches, but it would cost $50. I had noticed on a previous visit that Celebrity put a scratch on my truck on the driver's side. The new scratches are at the same height as the old one. They have something in their wash system that is scratching cars.

DON'T EVER USE THIS BUSINESS. VERY DISHONEST. I could not get an answer as to the exact cost of an oil change without a coupon. This coupon was to have a free wash, but I was short on time. An oil change was advertised for $24.99 plus extra oil charge if needed. They billed $47.99 on my credit card. I did not look at the receipt until later. They refused to correct the charge saying my truck had an extra part that had to be removed to change the oil. I've changed it every since I had it and it was not necessary to take anything off but the plug and filter. I did not get a wash. So my oil change with their oil was the total charge. Coupon is a scam. Beware. There are many oil change and car wash facilities. Choose another. I wish I had.

I had my car washed over a week ago. Upon getting the car back I was amazed at what a poor job they had done. Before I could even pull away, I noticed my front windshield had a brand new 18" crack right up the middle.

I asked for the manager and a gentleman came out and wrote down all the information. Said they would review the video tapes and call me in the morning. I have made 4 calls and have not had one call returned. One time the agent answering the phone asked if I was Jennifer from Tuesday whose windshield got broken, I was not, but apparently we now know that at least two cars have had the same fate.

My car is new(ish) without many miles and nearly no highway miles. If there had been a ding or chip prior to the wash I would surely have noticed.

I will call my insurance company for a replacement tomorrow.

SOOOOOO Disappointed.

First time there, had to point out very obvious issues with wash. Four employees standing around, could've been helping with my vehicle ignored work needing to be done. Very disappointed.
