I have done business with Eastern Exterminating for almost three years and have found them to be extremely reliable and receptive to my requests. I manage two properties in the Keys from Arkansas, and have to rely on Billy from Eastern to be my eyes and ears at the properties. He communicates perfectly with me, informing me of any changes that I need to be aware of with the landscape, whether it might be of pests of the plants or fertilization issues; offers suggestions and solutions, and acts on them promptly and efficiently. He is always courteous, leaving me voice messages with updates on the properties and always asking for permission before applying any new treatment, as well as sending me pictures of problem areas that need discussion. We talk more than monthly, making sure that all is going well with the properties. I am extremely happy with their service, and more than happy with Billy, our technician. He goes above and beyond to make sure that my job of managing from afar is easier. I recommend Eastern Exterminating without reservation.

The Harry S. Truman Little White House is very pleased with the service provided by Eastern Exterminating. We contracted Eastern Exterminating to treat the lawns, shrubbery and trees on the grounds. They have also provided helpful information on maintaining the grounds between the quarterly servicing. I have found this company to be prompt, reliable and stands behind their product.

I switched from TruGreen to Eastern for our lawn care and I am very satisfied with their service. All representatives have been courteous and most importantly, knowledgeable in their field. The manager took his time on the first visit to get to know our garden, test the sprinkler system, and give advice on how to optimize it. The office staff has had a good response time as well. I have recommended their service to friends!
