        Overall

        Hired them to do a few projects. Some were done well and promptly. Others were not done well and not finished and they've collected payment and ceased returning calls. Freddie (owner) does good work. His assistant, Bob, is incompetent. Freddie stood behind Bob's work up to a point but ceased returning calls when he realized just how badly Bob had fouled the job. Bottom line --- I paid for work that Bob claimed was done but wasn't finished or was done so poorly that it had to be redone.
