The UPS Store

I will NEVER use this business again! I sent a package to an APO address, and I was told that the package would arrive on a certain date...and it didn't. I believe in the benefit of the doubt, so I attempted to track the package again three days after the QUOTED arrival date; still the only information that was available was the information that was given on the day the package was shipped. I called the store, only for more disappointment; the package hasn't arrived and there is no other information.

I had an 8 X 10 envelop to be mailed pp. I was left in line with emplyees just sitiing aroound.

When I did get to the counter I heard the man in front of me get charged 3 for a rural delivery in Columbia

When told my parcel was 12 for UPS or 9 for pp I wne to the psot office and got it sent for 3.00

I also had a prelabled return that they wanted 3 dollars for

You are better off going to the Post office. I wan behind 10 people and it took less time than my 2 people at the ups store
