Had an ABSOLUTELY terrible experience. Got the run around from both Lorenzo and James. Got lied to and did not get good customer service. Ordered a living room set - 2 months later - still didn't gte it and was told i should "apply" over after they were paid in full by the finance company. even the finance company told me they were up to no good. I would NEVER use them - ended up cancelling my order.

Matter of fact - go ANYWHERE else!

Went into the Florence location. No enventory to view almost empty store. I gave them the benifit of the dout. Picked out what I wanted from a book. The sales people acts nervouse. Now I ser why??? Filled out application. Wrote on top to only pull my credit one time they assured me of this. They got me approved after a month plus later. Ask me to come in and sign. I did then another month went by no delivery. I cancelled. Looked at credit report they ran my credit 10 times pulled my score down 100 points hard pulls. Now I called ask them to correct this and get the run around. I ask for whirlpool washer and dryer they want to give me a no name brand chargeing you $2500 and having you sign for $5000 plus 20% plus int for a $1000 washer and dryer. Crooks 100% stay clear there crooks. Original sales person I was told is in rehab not there. Crooked liars bad business. Im fileing suit against them. Theyhad my first payment due 15 days later after signing. Two months later no appliances. They need shut down. Coastal Cleaner NC and SC. Kirt owner. Bennittsville SC store is no different they even sent my paper work thete also.
