Called Mr.Hick on 8/3 for what should be an easy fix on a Kenmore air unit. Mr. Hick was very nice and very professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was paid for his visit. This was for my Mom and Dad's house. My mom had a major heart surgery and really doesn't need to be in the heat in the middle of the hottest part of the summer. My dad understood that there was a part that was to be overnighted to Florence SC. But some how, the part was delivered to Charlotte NC on Wed 8/7. This pushed the date of service to Fri 8/9. There was never any call to inform that no one was not coming out. My dad had to call each time just to find out that there was a new reason why this company couldn't come out to fix his Air. At time the temp in the home reaches 90 plus degrees in the house. This isn't service that this company wouldn't expect to receive if it were them. Today 8/13 was told that someone should be there by 4pm and if not call. My dad called at 4:30pm. Only to get no answer. This is another example of over promising and under delivering. I feel responsible because I called this company trying to help my family. I called this company and they were at my home in 2 hours. They quickly found the problem and fixed right away. I'd recommend them to everyone.
