        BUYER BEWARE!!! My husband and I went to A Cottage Collection to inquire about purchasing a polywood glider. Unfortunately they did not have a display model of any kind to see if it would meet our needs, but we decided to proceed with the purchase, as we have wanted one for some time. The glider arrived today for pickup, I will say they went out of their way to assemble it for us, the glider is nice in appearance, and very sturdy construction wise, but sadly it did not meet our needs. I called A Cottage Collection to inquire about returning the glider, I was told we could Not return it. We certianly were NOT informed about a return policy at the time of purchase, nor did we notice any signs indicating, ALL SALES FINAL. This review is intended to inform potential buyers to ask questions, get it in writing, make sure you know where you stand before purchasing from this company, as they DO NOT VOLUNTEER this important information, thus leaving you up the creek without a paddle!!!!!

        I* am very sorry that they are unhapppy.This was a SPECIAL ORDER, We ordered this for the customer and we might have not had that exact size in stock we had plenty of gliders. I am the owner and I have no memory of this this problem. We have been selling this furniture here over 20 years and have 100% customer satisfaction. I do not know of any where that you can make a special order where we put up our money drive 400 miles and pick up the order and then return it. Like they say there was no problem with the quality.etc. Howev er if I were to talk to them I would have found some way to makle them happy. A store credit or what ever but I was never made aware that anyone was unhappy.

        Great Place to purchase a shed. I did my research and this is the one I settled on. I believe I received the best price and highest quality materials and workmanship. They are very friendly and easy to deal with. I have had the shed now for a year and it looks new and is as solid as when first built. The workers were also very nice and worked hard to finish the shed on time. It was a great addition to our landscape.
