        Overall

        I have been calling all over Florence about transmission issues. I was finally directed to superior transmissions.

        I talked to a guy that was so wonderful. We were on the phone for over 12 mins. He answered all of my questions. Added more to the conversation that I didn't think to ask. I did not feel rushed or like I was wasting his time.

        I do not need their services just yet but I know exactly who I will be calling when I need them.

        Went above and beyond. Great customer service.
