We came to Ashley looking for a twin mattress and foundation, a full mattress and foundation, and a twin frame. Annie was our saleslady on 09/04/17. She took time with us and listened to what we wanted. We were glad for the savings we got on the items. Annie took time to explain the delivery process. We liked her because she was friendly. She was well-dressed. She took care of us.

Walking into this store was very friendly. Went to just look around and get ideas for bedroom and another room. My husband and I were just looking and Tiffany asked if she could help, but I told her that I was getting ideas. She gave us time to look and when I went to get her, she was great in helping, giving me ideas for both rooms. We met Michael and he was great in getting a great deal for us for the two rooms. I would highly recommend in giving Ashley Furniture - Florence, Alabama a chance. Don't forget to ask for Tiffany and Michael. Oh yes, Miranda was friendly and helpful in the finances too.

Maybe good people ..but they don't know jack about customer service. first thing you do is answer the phone!

My husband and I walked into the Ashley Store on Florence Blvd knowing that we needed bedroom furniture but unsure of what to get. Within minutes of entering the store, Michael welcomed us in and offered to help us find what we were looking for. He went above and beyond. Not only did he help us find EXACTLY what was perfect for us, he made us an offer we could not refuse. He was patient while we looked around and knowledgeable about the products and could not have been more helpful if he tried...BEST SALESMAN EVER!! Not only would I highly recommend Ashley Furniture to everyone I know, I would ask all of my friends/family to ask for Michael. I had been to multiple stores looking for the perfect couch. After searching and searching I finally stumbled into Ashley. Miss Sami Thurman went above and beyond by helping me find absolute perfection. I would 10/10 recommend store and associate (Sami) to anyone and everyone! Thanks for the great experience!

I had a hard time figuring out what I wanted but when I came in, Sami Thurman helped me figure out what I wanted and we drew my living room to figure out what could fit so I couldn't object to anything she said. Came in for the 1st time and was greeted by Mia. She took me right to EXACTLY what I was imagining! She answered all my questions with no problem. Mia makes Ashley the best in town!
