I recently had the pleasure of using Preferred Mirror & Glass Inc to repair a mirrored closet door that shattered. I did speak with multiple mirror companies and most of them did not return my call or they quoted me an astronomical price to repair without seeing the damaged door. That all changed when I spoke with Tom here who made the time the same day to come and see the damaged door. His quote was half of all the others I received and he told me when I was ready to give him a call back to arrange for the pick-up and repair. The doors are very old and to replace would be $600+ per door. Tom was honest about the possibility that the door might not be fixable considering the damage to the track. Two weeks later I had a door that looked brand new! Thank you Tom!
