Carl's Furniture

I purchased a full size mattress and box spring. I also purchased a head board and metal frame. The metal frame was not long enough for the lenght of the full size box spring. The box spring cracked the minute my daughter sat on the end of the bed. Thankfully Chip at Carl's Furniture replaced the box spring, however he was not interested in making the situation right. ie. supplying a frame that would indeed support the full lenght of the bed instead of stopping 16 inches from the foot of the box spring.
Chip at Carl's furniture went so far as to tell me that is the right size frame for that bed and they do not have frame which go all the way from the head of the bed to the foot of the bed. (he's wrong, i bought one elsewhere). He, Chip, also insisted the box spring "would never break again from someone sitting on it, it just won't happen". Chip also schooled me by telling me "no one EVER sits on the foot of their bed, they sit on the side of their bed, but NO ONE EVER sits on the foot of their bed". I was more than willing to return the metal frame and pay the difference for the one that "fits" the full length of the bed, but since that is the right one (per Chip) it wasn't even an option. I can not tell you how disappointing it is to put your trust into someone and spend over $450 on something for your child in hopes it will last at least 10 years only to find out you were duped and have just bought a hunk of junk that you cant even return.
I do not reccomend buying ANYTHING from here that you are not willing to set fire to the moment you get home.
for anyone interested, Best Buy has nice wood bed frames with headboard, foot board and wood side rails for only $50 more than I paid for the metal piece of crap that doesnt even fit the bed.

I just stopped by Carl's Furniture the other day. I was totally shocked at the high quality that I found there. I have been shopping for a master bedroom and looked at all the big box stores. Let me tell you I dont know who they are trying to kid, The big stores are only about big prices, they didn't impress me.

Carl's Furniture is a diamond in the rough. I found the nicest selection of quality bedrooms, the prices where so great that it was easy for me to make the right descision.

My parents and grand parents told me to "go to Carls" , well kids listen to your parents.
They where right. Chip the sales manager was the most knowledgable sales person that I had spoken with. He knew his stuff. Better yet I know exactly what I bought.

We had the delivery set up for the next day and Carl's was right on time. the other stores where going to make me wait more than two weeks.

I didnt realize that Carl's Furniture has a secret weapon. After I was done looking at the bedrooms, I found the back showroom. Carl's Furniture carries all American made livingroom sets, and has a custom order program.

I never knew that they were so big. Seams like they carry everything and i liked the quality more than any of the other stores. I know that when I am in the need of quality furniture that wont insult my pocket book Im going to go to Calr's Furniture. Just like my mom told me.

This is the best place to buy furniture they are reasonable, Chip has dealt with me and my family the last 30 years and have always sold us quality stuff. I enjoy shopping there. He always has deals that are affordable. We love you chip and sons. The MacDonalds.
