The complex owners and managers are evil people and like to rip off people. Free utilities? A fire hazzardous box screwed into the wall and lighting is all you get. No wonder they jack up the price of the rent. The poor venting system pushes malicious ordor into your apt from other apts instead of outside.They had to block off my oven fan cause they were too istupid to be able to fix it. They don't give you new carpeting, my carpeting stunk like dog pee and had cigarette holes. The uncaring managers will not help you when they make a mistake. They blame their mistakes on you. The place is tiny, yet it costs an arm and a leg. They don't include in their model a gigantic white ugly brick wall that comes with the actual apartments. So you can't hang posters or pictures up and you feel like you're in a penitentiary, locked up. I could smell my apartment the very first time from all the way down stairs and I had to drown it in air fresner for days. It's across from a trailer park and they don't chase drunken bums off the property. The parking is terrible.Many of the tenants appear to be on meth. To summarize the managers don't care about anyone and don't admit their mistakes. Live anywhere but here. I hate Pine View Village and you will too!
