I am so impressed with Brad and his work ethic. Wish more people had as much heart as he does! We were in need of swift assistance and Brad was totally on the ball. He communicated and expedited the whole process beyond my expectations. Within a week, our issue had been totally resolved. I called them, they showed up the same day. They found the problem and handled it in a fast and efficient manner.They are polite, friendly and had everything on the truck. They left the area clean, I already have enough to do. And their pricing was very reasonable. These guys are the real deal. This is what service technicians should be. We had a burning smell inside our home. We didn't know what it was. We called out Coconino electric, they came right away and took care of the problem in our home.



Turns out that the receptacles had been wired incorrectly when the home was built.

I did some research and found that newer homes have been wired in this same manner. I don't know how this home ever passed inspection, or for that matter, any homes in the Flagstaff area that were wired using this style of wiring.



Sure we have insurance in case it burned down but, this is our home and we could have lost all our belongings due to the type of wiring that had been installed in our home.



If you live in the Flagstaff area, I highly recommend that you have Coconino electric give you an electrical inspection as soon as possible. It may be the most important call you can make.

Coconino Electric came out to my home and repaired the wiring very quickly, the electricians that wired the house put in the wrong dryer receptacle. Robert had the right one on the truck , he changed it quickly and took care of the other wiring issues. He was fast, friendly and very reasonable. I give them 10 stars, 5 is just not enough. I refer them to all my friends.

Coconino Electric came out and fixed my water pump motor. They did a great job. Their pricing was reasonable, we will use them again.
