Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Dusty (#2794) came out to jet the sewer line. He was prompt and professional. He cleaned out the line and explained to me its condition using the scope/camera. Very helpful. Highly recommend!

As a well known fact Roto-Rooter has been around for a while. We phoned in the late evening, thinking they were closed. This was not the case a tech came out and assessed our water system and had it diagnosed in no time! He gave us OUTSTANDING service! We are still talking about him today. Big shutout to Tech Ryan!! We needed our sump pump replaced late on a Friday night. Although the response time was a little longer than quoted, once the tech (Ben A) arrived he was very professional and educational throughout the service.

Placed a request on a Sunday evening and was called by 8:00 Monday morning for a slow drain. Jeff was here and finished by 10:00 AM. Cleaned everything up, gave some advise on another potential plumbing problem. I have used them before and I always get great quick service and prices upfront.

We made an appointment online on Sunday, and the technician arrived at 8:15 on Monday morning. Thanks goodness since we had plumbing issues throughout most of our house since Saturday afternoon. The technician Chawn Vunnga was efficient and professional. He gave advice about what we could do to avoid the problem.

I had someone at my house within an hour of calling for an appointment, and he was friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to explain the process to me (he was fixing the water heater), and I was very pleased with the overall experience!

The service technician was great. Timely and professional. However, the cost structure is outrageous. AND, I thought based on their online advertising that they were local but instead the plumber was based 40 miles away which might explain their pricing. It is crazy. Buyer beware.

The worker was here at the earliest time, he immediately found the problem, explained it to me, gave me choices on what could be done. Was patient with me as I made a call . Decision made to go on with bathroom faucet replacement. He needed to go get the part. He was gone no more than 20 min. The work was all done in not more than an hour. I am very pleased and happy I called Roto-Rooter.

I took a shower today in our home we've lived in for 18 hours. I went downstairs afterward to check on my cat and realized there was water EVERYWHERE! The drain backed up in the basement shower and out from the toilet drain! I called and they had someone to my house in about an hour. The guy was here almost three hours working tirelessly to get the root out of my lines that he found. He tried from outside and then down in the main access downstairs. Thank God he got it! He could've given up and called for digging, but he didn't and that's a huge relief. He was very courteous. Tomorrow another guy will be coming to assess what needs replaced and said he'll call in my claim to my insurance for me. Also, someone is going to come send a camera down all of my lines for free to make sure he got everything. Thank you thank you thank you. I was one stressed new home owner there for a bit.

We had a surprise flood in the basement of our new-to-us home from the floor drain, so last night I booked an appointment on their website for this afternoon to inspect our basement drain (just a drain no sump pump). He called ahead for permission and arrived early, observed the drain as I flushed the toilets and how it backed up, located the outside line, and immediately identified that the outdated-but-not-original cap on the line meant there had been work done on it before. (Significant to me because the sellers hadn't mentioned prior flooding). He proceeded to roto-root out several large and stringy clumps of net-like roots from the line until it was finally clear. To my relief, we didn't need to bother the basement drain at all! All together very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. The whole thing took maybe 40 minutes. There's a 6 month warranty on the work they did today so that is an added bonus of peace of mind, and they took my coupon from their website. 10/10 would recommend.
