Emerson Dental

I got some fillings done and Dr. Nguyen's husband was very rude to me when I paid my balance and just talked over me, ok I can deal with that, rude, and not at all what im looking for in a family dental office BUT My mom actually got a denture, and it just keeps falling out... mid sentence and the denture falls down. They keep having her go back to "fix it." Dr Nguyen's husband was telling her she can not have a refund because of the cost to do the denture... really, when you pay that much it should be perfect. We unfortunately had to find a specialist and start over, it is now perfect. We found another dental office for any other needs as well. Dental is way to expensive to have to be so disappointed.

To start off with when I walked in I was greeted and it seemed to be a nice establishment, it was not until my second appointment when I had to get a crown, I was very uncomfortable with the tension between the dr. and staff. The dr. seemed very on edge and she just kept saying "this is a tough case, so we don't have to pull the tooth" I start thinking my lord, is she ganna pull my tooth!! the more tension, between the dr and assistant meant more rough work! VERY rough!! I was thanking my lucky stars when the crown was done! When I went to leave I paid my balance and the man that works there was very persistent about me making another appointment for a few fillings I need. He did not seem to want to take "I will call you to make the appointment" Just to much pressure and not a pleasant experience. All the ladies seemed very nice, I just would not go back, it stressed me out.
