Sears Auto Center

I bought a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee for my daughter and it needed new tires. I went to Sears automotive just to get some prices, I wasn't looking to purchase anything just yet. Leon came up to me first and started to talk to me about tire options for my daughters vehicle and I soon found out that her tires were not going to be cheap. Leon took it upon himself to log onto the internet and actually shop the competitors and I found that Sears pricing was actually slightly better than most stores. I decided to order the tires, put down a deposit and I was told it would take 5-7 business days for the tires to come in. I was surprised when I received a message on my phone from Sears the next day stating that the tires arrived that morning. I went in and Mark took care of me in the same fashion that Leon did and I got the tires installed that same evening. The only reason I bought the tires that day was due to the sense of urgency that Leon and his shop showed in helping me. I found out the day that my tires were installed that Leon was actually the manager of the department. It's good to know that these days in the self serve era of retail that not all stores are self serve and that people like Mark and Leon go out of their way to be nice, understanding and knowledgeable. I will be buying tires from this Sears location for my SUV here in the next year.
