Blue collar robbery is the best way to describe the service provided. Mr. Israel is a very nice man, however he WILL extremely overcharge you. After paying him $175.00 for a capacitor and then deciding to investigate the price of the capacitor on my own after he left, I found the part on Amazon ranging in price from $6-$30. After bringing this to his attention, he offered to come back and take his capacitor off and I could order one from Amazon and he would come back to put it on, however in addition to the $79.00 "service fee" I paid today, I'd have to pay another $75.00 "service fee" visit (I have no idea why the fee was $79 today, but would be $75 if he came back). At this point, I didn't trust his work, business ethics, nor his service, so I declined his offer. Don't be "robbed" like I was. Save yourself $$$ by calling a more trustworthy company for your AC/heating needs.

We have a zone controlled heating and air condition system. We tried several companies and Action Air was the only one able to figure out the problem. They are simply the BEST!
