Rover Oaks

The groomers here are very kind. The man, who I assume is the owner, is incompetent and seems to book more appointments than his staff should handle so you end up getting a rushed haircut sometimes... But the actual staff are very nice and I feel my baby gets treated right here.

I tried Rover oaks again since the other place completely ruined my baby's hair cut that's a whole other story all together. My experience this time couldn't be better. I called to make my appointment spoke with a very pleasant gentleman who when I expressed my concerns about my last vist was very apologetic and seen genuinely concerned. He looked up who did her last hair cut and stated she no longer works here and I'm sure there was a reason for that assuming how absolutely horrible her costomer service was. However this experience was so much better I was greeted by the same gentleman I made my appointment with. He was awesome the servise couldnt have been any better. However they had to completely save her down so as to start patteren over. However he didn't charge because of the trouble I had previously. I have been back twice since then although I was helped by someone else i still enjoyed the some great service. Thank you Rover Oaks my baby is perfect very pleased

I took my pet to get her groomed and they botched the cut. The absolute worst I've ever seen and do NOT recommend. The staff was very nice but I've never seen a worse cut before. 0/5

I decided to take my dog to Rover Oaks knowing that they were under new management and I had heard a few good things. Unfortunately, the service is terrible! They are not friendly over the phone or in person. They charged me for the puppy fee my first time and then a month later they charged me the dog fee. I had to ask them to change the price back to the puppy fee since my dog was less than 6 months old. They didn't cut his hair the way I asked either, but it looked okay so Gave them another try. I thought this was maybe how all groomers are, but After my second bad experience i started going to bark n paws and it has been sooooo much better. It honestly didn't seem like rover oaks likes dogs or appreciated my business at all :/

I took my 2 dogs to be groomed. I asked for a summer shave for both. My female was fine. My male pup was neutered 2 years ago and that area was shaved raw. The end of his shafts was also raw. What I mean by raw is when we got him hime he could barely walk and bleeding. We call Rover Oaks and they said it would take about a week to heal. I ended up taking him to the vet the next day, this resulted in antibiotic ointment and a cone for a week. I called Rover Oaks back and told them this and they said sorry, I wasn't here that day. Really? My male now is very timid and shakes at any little noise. I would not take any animal to them ever again!

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!!!! I have been using Rover Oaks for about 4 years now. They are under new management since May 2015. I must admit that the previous management had serious issues but PLEASE give them another chance. They are outstanding!!! My standard poodles look amazing every time and love going for their once a month "beauty spa time." They are well taken care of by the staff who understand and appreciate their important job as Diva Therapy Dogs. Everyone ALWAYS compliments me on how beautiful they look!! They have very friendly staff who have patience and knowledge about what they are doing and how best to maintain your dogs appearance, spirit, and well-being. My dogs know when its Tuesday because they know they will be in the capable hands of Rover Oaks, I highly recommend them. But don't take my word for it- ask my dogs!!!!

Rover Oaks is NOT a place to bring your dogs for consistently good grooming. And nevermind they are not honoring a coupon that they say they did not consent to (really?). The price at this place would typically make you think you cannot go wrong - - WRONG!! All their 'awards' also do not prepare you for when you get the 'B' stylist.

We just moved to the area 3 months ago, and have been searching for a good groomer for our 2 miniature schnauzers. This was a tremendous disappointment after just the 2nd visit. Please do not get fooled.

This grooming salon should be categorized as a diseased puppy mill rather than a salon! I know of multiple dogs that have been taken here (including my own) that have contracted sickness including kennel cough. If you care for your furry friend I beg of you,please do not even consider taking them to this place. They house their personal bredding dogs here along with their puppies, which do not have any of their vacinations.

The groomers did a great job with our Westie and Labradoodle. Everyone including the owners were very nice and professional.

"PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR BABY HERE" As I waited for them to bring my little boy out after being there for 6 hrs, (and he still wasn't done) I watched through the window. I was completely disturbed by what I saw. There were a couple of groomers that should have been FIRED immediately. They were pulling on the dogs ears, yanking them around and being just down right mean. Several clients who like myself who had been using Rover Oaks for months and years totally surprised. I did tell whom I believe was the owner that I would NOT be back and when asked why she did go and say something. I personally am not paying $100. a month for my babies to be mistreated. Would you go to a hair stylist who pulled your ears and yank you around?
