Marc & his team are the only plumbers you should ever call. I can never express how truly grateful I am for his service. My husband & I bought our dream house only to have nightmare scenarios start happening within a month of living there. The hot water heater quit working. I don't mean that the pilot light went out & had to be relit, I mean that all possible parts had to be replaced & eventually the entire unit. Marc went above & beyond for my family. If you have ever been with out hot water for any extended period of time it really begins to take a toll on your life. I was an unhappy girl...I was cold, dirty, stressed. Marc is truly the reason anyone survived the situation. He would call me after working hours or on the weekend to give us updates. He waited at my house when status lights were just going haywire to make sure the issues were resolved. After he eventually replaced the entire hot water heater he would still check up with us.
