        Overall

        Very questionable work. He didn't look at my roof and I ended up with a roof leak that the roofing company said "should've been caught" and was easy to see if the home inspector did his job. Approached him about the expert's findings asking for a refund but go nowhere. I would keep on looking... save your money.
