Lowe's Home Improvement

We ordered a front door & storm door to be installed in April of 2014 with great anticipation of having it looking good for a large event within 2 months. We paid up front all the costs (very expensive). The door installation was less than appealing & the debris that was left in driveway caused a tire needing to be replaced on our vehicle. We called to inform them within 2 days after installation. First we were told we would have to pay extra for them to come fix the poor installation & they denied that any nails were used so our tire issue wasn't valid. We took photos, videos & got a statement from tire people - submitted info to Lowe's - they offered to pay only partial payment on tire replacement - really - it was a new tire & their contract says otherwise!! After many ignored phone calls & not much response they finally sent someone out to take photos of their own. After many phone calls, taking off work to personally take more pictures to the store ourselves & going through one person after another- while being told stories of people getting fired & others being left out of the loop (the run around BIG TIME)! LONG story short - we got our door looking better & a check from the installer for the tire - it took 6 months & a lot of time & effort on our behalf. We now drive all the way across town to Home Depot! We also had Lowe's give estimates for gutters & decks before all this headache! We choose others for those jobs without any problems - we didn't even purchase our lumber for the decks from Lowe's! We did not like the way this matter was handled & hope to never use them again!

This is a great store! I had purchased many items from them and if I've had a problem they either gotten me a new one or fixed the one I had. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I love my Lowes!

These guys are professionals! It is a pleasure to shop at this store, the staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and will take the time to help answer your questions. The store is always clean and organized and the selection is great, you can always find what you need. I highly recommend them.
