This was our first survey ever so JLS didn't just do a survey for us, they took the time to make sure we knew where all our boundaries where, explained the details of the survey on paper, and also took extra time after the survey to answer any questions we had after the survey was completed. the whole crew was very professional and will recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. There was a definite communication issue to start this process of surveying our land. So much so, that I actually hired another surveyor. After emailing JLS and voicing my opinion, they were apologetic and sincere about making things right. That is exactly what they did!

This area is in the middle of a housing shortage and a large growth spurt all at the same time. Everyone is busy buying land and building new construction. With all that was going on, JLS dropped everything to make sure we were happy and had everything accomplished to our complete satisfaction. Extremely courteous and professional at all times.

Even with the struggles at the beginning of our process, the "make it right" attitude is why we went back to them and have rated them so high.
