Very poor customer service! Rude, obnoxious and disrespectful. If you want that kind of service go there!!! You'll be pleased! HA! What a joke this place is especially based on customer driven.

I am very pleased with my purchase from Car-Mart. Matt was extremely helpful. He showed me cars that were within my budget. The loan process always takes a little time, but they were very accommodating, and we drove out with our "new" car within a couple hours. Jenny was helpful also, and the lady that takes care of all the paperwork, was efficient and quick. My payment is less than requested, and all in all, I Love Car-Mart!! P.S. I drove to S.D and back over the week-end, and the car drove like a charm!!

Terrible! DO NOT GO to theses Jokers! They fake you into giving credit info and then screw you! I even asked "I thought that it was no credit needed?" The BIG Momma over there "Jenny" said we signed otherwise. Not true! They keep you there for hours to wear you down then don't even bother to call you later! BTW do not trust "Matt" there either he is just a tool for the rest of the rip-offs there!

I have 2 cars through them and they have helped me with everything even with my payments I wont go anywhere else

This place is the biggest joke in the world. DO NOT GO HERE FOR A CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Go to carhop, they are friendly and wiling to help you in any way they can. All of the employees and managers here at car mart are money hungry piles that care nothing about their customer. They don't even give you a call back when you come in and try to get a car.
