Ridge Animal Hospital

Overcharges for everything. People that work there are told that this is a business and to treat it that way exclusively. I took a dog there once she was old but when I asked about treatment the doctor said we should put her down that it was " a no brainer" how horrible is that when it comes to bedside manners.

I absolutely recommend this Animal Hospital! The Dr.s and staff go above and beyond the call of duty to treat their patients! I absolutely love ALL of them! They're caring, sympathetic, and will meet u after hours to ensure ur pets health! I can't say it enough.....they r all a God send to their profession!

This place is great. i take my two cats and two dogs here. the staff is very friendly and the dr. is top notch. i would highly reccomend.

First visit went ok, Staff seemed to be aloof.

Second visit was not so good. I showed up 15 min early and was placed in a room where I waited for 30 min and still no Vet. I left and told the receptionist that my dog was fine (This was a follow up visit). Doubt I'll go back. Staff and Vet out in left field with no clue how to treat their customers.

I have been dealing with this place for about 2 years. Have always been satisfied with the personal service, caring attitude and concern for details. They go the extra step. Would recommend them highly!!
