Ulta Beauty

I went to Ulta in Farmington last week. I was looking for a good face wash, moisturizer, etc. I asked one of the sales associates to help me. She wasn't sure which product would be good for me so she had her store manager come over to help me. The store manager asked how she could help. I started to tell her the issues I was having with my face and she rudely interested me and said "so why don't you tell me what you need my help with." I was in shock. I was in the middle of telling her and she could give 2 s***s about helping me let alone listening to what I needed. I found some product and went to pay for my items. There was 1 employee working the cash register and there was 8 other people in line in front of me. There were maybe 2 or 3 other customers in the store and the store manager was no where to be found. I sat in like for over 35 minutes. Everyone in line with me was livid.

I spend a lot of money at Ulta and due to the fact that the store manager is the biggest b****, I will NEVER return to this store.
