        I took an embroidery machine in to have it looked at and asked them to call with the cost before they did any repairs. I called a couple times to see if they had an estimate yet. Never did. Then I got a call to say it was finished and it was almost $100. I personally know other people that have had this same ripped off experience. I don't reccommend them to anyone.

        Terrible sewing quality and timing

        I had a dress shirt that needed a small oval sewn on over the pocket. It took over two weeks to get it sewn on and it was extremely crooked! Worse place for sewing I have ever encountered. Now I have a time crunch to get someone to fix it!
