DCP Plumbing

I was given a quote then they tried to increase the price, then complained the remainder of the job how they were not getting paid enough for the work. They then said and therefore would no longer allow me to pick my fixtures and would not warranty the job for their quoted price. I was not happy with the work, and hired another plumber to redo it instead of calling DCP again.

Dale gave us a quote over the phone to replace our water heater and, once he arrived and properly did the work, that was exactly what he charged us, which was HALF the cost from another plumber. Even when he discovered his cost for our water heater was going to be higher he still kept to his phone quote. When we offered to pay for the increased price for the water heater to be fair his reply, "I am a man of my word, no thank you." He was personable, helpful and professional, I highly recommend him being a person of such integrity.
