Cutting Edge Granite

Very disappointed in Cutting Edge Granite, Inc. in Farmington. I am going to be as respectful as possible but this transaction that did not happen has been a nightmare. several weeks ago I gave this company a deposit and chose a Quartz countertop expecting that this countertop would be installed by now. Two weeks ago I was informed that the Quartz that I chose was not available in the size that would fit my kitchen. I was told to relax they would find the material to complete the job. Today I was informed that they would have to refund my deposit. Which would be fine but for the fact that they have removed my backsplash and drilled holes in my existing countertop. It does not seem reasonable to me that a company selling quartz is not familiar with the available sizes of the slabs from various manufactures. Its hard to believe that Cutting Edge Granite, Inc. feels that it is acceptable to return my deposit and leave my kitchen in its current state of disrepair.
