Had a ductless system installed, firstly it hasn't worked properly since day one, the units turn themselves off, the temperatures in heating mode are way off and in cooling mode the temps are off by a little as well.

The units were hung with very cheap plastic drywall anchors something I wouldn't have even used to hang a picture, and now one of the units is coming off the wall, the company seems to be blaming me as if I touched the unit and caused this occur and is not standing by their work.
