I am extremely appalled that a customer service representative (Sandy) would actually tell me to take my business somewhere else because she's unable to fix my account back to the way it was before it was screwed up, as promised. Instead of resolving the issue, which was their mistake, I should go somewhere else she says because she "can't make me happy." I also cannot believe how many times I was quoted one price and charged another and how many times I've been told someone will call me back over the last 9 months and nobody does. It was only after I asked Sandy today who her manager was and if I could speak with them that she said she would resolve this and get back to me. And for once, she actually called me back 30 minutes later and said I will now be charged the regular monthly payment I was making before they screwed up my account. Such a simple request taken months to fix. Save yourself the headache!

D.J. Colter is as helpful as he is charming. He is clearly a man dedicated to his work along with being dedicated to each client he represents. Unfortunately, it is his rude, incompetent staff that dulls his charismatic charm and makes clients experience all the ugly sides of dealing with an insurance agency. Carol, a woman determined to let you know she has been with the company for 14 years and has never made a mistake, is far too interested in pointing blame at clients no matter what problem rises (big or small.) A handful of incidences include claims filed on the wrong vehicle, information not being sent to a third party, and just simply calling the agency with questions about policies that Carol has refused to look into. She has also been known to ask clients to leave the lobby if they show up twenty minutes early to a scheduled appointment. D.J.
