On the down side:

They were pretty late coming to inspect me for mold, and i had to call the service and have them paged.



On the up side:

When they finally arrived, they were very apologetic, saying they were at some flood job in Baltimore and forgot to contact me. They inspected the basement, and much to my relief, they found mold only in a small drywall section but not mold in the ducts, as I feared. There was no charge, and they left me some concentrated cleaner and even offered to comeback and take out the wall for free.



So, I think they're quite LEGIT, which is saying something when it comes to basement and mold specialists. I would use them again, but just be sure about the appnt. times.
