They are awful for property management (rentals). They don't complete work promised before you move in, then it takes months of unreturned phone calls and emails. They schedule an appointment to come by and never show for days or weeks on end. If you are considering renting from them, DON'T! If you are considering letting them manage your rental, DON'T! I feel bad for the owners who have no idea of the damage to the unit(s) and continued deterioration due to this company's negligence to correct the problems. We have had water leaking in our apartment for over 2 weeks now and they see no urgency while the unit and our furniture and belongings continue to be damaged.
