        I have been a seamstress for more than 10 years. I began making alterations for customers while working at a Dry Cleaners in Morgantown. My clients have been so satisfied with my work and my prices that they have come to rely on me for all their alterations and tailoring needs. Many have been so satisfied with my work they have referred me to friends and family. I consider a referral as the highest compliment I can receive. Thanks to my loyal customers and numerous referrals, Pins and Bobbins was born! I am proud to serve Marion County and look forward to adding you to my growing list of satisfied clients.         Absolutely awful experience. I tried this place due to her excellent reviews on facebook - what a load of bs.
        It took TWO MONTHS for me to get my clothes back - and I had to contact her several times just to get them - she never reached out to ask for a time extension or anything (family things, she claimed - Ok, I understand that - family is important). Then, 10 minutes before I went to pick them up, she messaged me to say she accidentally sewed one of my items inside out so I had to wait one more day. Im frustrated, but again, ok, stuff happens. However, she then "wasn't going to be home" when I was supposed to pick them up (there were 4 cars in the driveway) - she left them for me on her front porch and said she wouldn't charge me. Whatever - ok. Then, I get them home & not only did they reek of cigarette smoke, but she completely ruined one of my sweaters (I'm guessing this was the one she sewed inside out) and she didn't have the courtesy to tell me to my face or offer to replace the item/pay for the loss due to the damage. Don't go to this place. Awful all around.
